NCER Housing Information
There are many hotels around the city of Norman that can accommodate conference attendees. KISS Institute has made special housing arrangements with two different venues - one located within the conference facility and the other located nearby. Details on both on listed below.
Option One:
The conference will be held at the National Center for Employee Development (NCED) in Norman, OK. Within this facility is a Marriott hotel that can provide accommodations for conference attendees. The Marriott provides all sorts of amenities for guests including use of their 60,000 sq. foot state-of-the-art fitness center, which contains an Olympic size pool, hot tubs, sauna, gymnasium, indoor running track, and tennis & racquetball courts. Although food is not included in the cost of the room, they have an amazing food court and meals can be purchased there on an a la carte basis. Rooms at the Marriott must be reserved directly through the hotel (not through KISS Institute) by completing a reservation form and faxing it to them. Click here for the reservation form, which includes rates. Contrary to what you might see on the reservation form, the Marriott will be accommodating people under the age of 18 for this conference. Please note - you can arrange for shuttle service to and from the airport through the Marriott on the reservation form as well.
Option Two:
KISS Institute has also reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Norman. Complimentary services for guests include daily hot breakfast, evening hospitality hour (Monday – Thursday) with complimentary snacks and beverages and transportation in Norman. The property also includes hot tub, swimming pool, sports courts for basketball/racquet sports, lounge area, on-site laundry facilities, fitness room, and high speed internet.
