If you are registered as a returning team and are reusing your equipment, you will need to bring your equipment to the workshop. If your team is new or you have ordered new equipment, your Wallaby robots and kits will be provided for you at the workshop.
Please also bring your laptops and/or iPads you will be using with the Wallaby. If using iPads, you will also want to bring a separate laptop or device to view the Powerpoint while you are programing your bot. Please also bring any containers that will help transport your equipment back to your school.
For communication, we will be using Remind. We will have two groups. One group for the Oklahoma region and one group for all Botball teams. Please join both. You can get instructions from the email that was sent out to your instructor.
Registration will start at 8am and the workshop will begin at 9am. We will break for lunch around noon on both Saturday and Sunday, and lunch will be on your own. The workshop is within a short walk from Campus Corner and the Student Union and has dozens of establishments to choose from. We should wrap up around 4pm both Saturday and Sunday.
The workshop will be held in the Physical Science Building on campus. We will be meeting in Rooms 108 and 201. Parking on campus is free on weekends and a parking garage is located directly across the Physical Science building on Elm.
