KISS for Botball

KISS (the KIPR Instructional Software System) is the multiplatform programming environment developed by the KISS Institute for Practical Robotics for use in the Botball Educational Robotics Classroom. The current version of KISS supports the ANSI C language for your computer (running, Windows, Mac OS X or Linux (Ubuntu)) and for the CBC series of robot controller.

KISS makes use of the GCC tool chain. This tool chain is built into the Linux and Mac OS X systems (though Mac users must install the XCode Developer tools; included in your System DVD or available free from the Apple website). The GCC tool chain is automatically installed on Windows machines as part of the KISS install script.
