2010 Oklahoma Botball Help Day

Come to get help with your robots!

Botball staff members, volunteers and other Botball teams will be on site to answer your questions and help you with equipment and programming. We will have two full Botball practice tables set up for the teams to use.

Come to help others and share your knowledge!

Who

Any team registered to participate in the Oklahoma Botball region may attend this event. There is no limit to the number of students that may attend, but your team must RSVP on or before Wednesday, February 10th!

All teams must be accompanied by an adult team leader, mentor and/or parent who will stay with the team throughout the day.

What to Bring

  1. Your laptop computer with the KISS programming environment loaded and all programs you have already written for your robots.
  2. Robot kit materials and/or robots that the team has already built.
  3. Chargers and power cords for robotics equipment and laptops.
  4. Power strips and small extension cords.
  5. Sack lunch or money to purchase lunch. No food or beverages will be provided at this event and there will be no concessions available on site.
  6. Plenty of Questions and Answers for other teams!

RSVP by Feb. 10

It is necessary for you to RSVP by email to Marci Corey (mcorey@kipr.org) on or before Wednesday, February 10th. Please tell us how many people you will be bringing so we can plan the space accordingly.

We cannot guarantee that there will be space for your team if you do not RSVP!

The event will take place in the Tech Ed Building which is located by the east parking lot near the fields. Signs will be in front of the building to help you find the exact location.
