Texas Tournament Pics are in!
The Texas Regional BOTBALL® Tournament was held at the University of Houston on Saturday, March 11, 2006. The Texas tournament had high excitement at the end, with Project Row Houses squaring off against St. Stephens in the final rounds of Double Elimination. Both teams were undefeated until well into the tournament (where Project Row Houses lost a close one to St. Stephens). They met again in the final round, where Project Row Houses won. A playoff match was held with St. Stephens winning by a very close 12-10.
Congratulation goes out to all the teams that competed on Saturday! The detailed results will be posted soon - stay tuned…

Texas is next!
The Texas Botball Professional Development Workshop is coming up this weekend. Educators, students, parents, and mentors are set to gather at the University of Houston Technology Annex Building on January 20-21, 2006. Texas boasts a big increase in Botball teams this year - 30! That is a huge leap from the 18 teams that played last year. I guess everything is BIGGER in Texas….
